Submit a Request

If you wish to request a reduced fee membership or a free membership, please submit our simple request form. All information is private and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Scholarship tiers

• Partial scholarship ($25/year): For households between 100%–200% of the federal poverty level.
• Full scholarship ($0): For households below 100% of the federal poverty level.

Important Notes

• •Subsidized memberships are for individuals only. If family members would also like to apply, they must complete their own form.
• •Memberships are valid for one year. You will need to reapply next year if you'd like to renew a subsidized membership.
• •Please allow up to a few business days for us to review your application.
